The Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association Science and Creativity Centre ("Science and Innovation Centre") was established in 2006. It hosts and undertakes the largest youth science competitions in Hong Kong, the country and the world, as well as a series of lectures on popular science, creative workshops, scientific creativity Inquiry activities.

It is hoped that through this competition, Hong Kong students can understand and participate in aerospace technology events, cultivate outstanding talents in aerospace technology, serve my country's aerospace industry, and contribute to building an innovative country. This competition has been applied as one of the series of activities of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Hong Kong's return to the motherland, as a gift to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the return of Hong Kong to the motherland.

The Science and Technology Innovation Competition is currently the largest STEM competition in the academic sector in Hong Kong. Thanks to the support from all walks of life, nearly 400 primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and studios participated in the last edition, with nearly 4,000 entries, and the response was enthusiastic.
