Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association (HKNGCA)
Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association (HKNGCA), a government-recognized charitable organization, was established in 1974. Since its establishment, we have been devoting to cultivate and promote creative education, science and technology invention, civic education, leadership training and other all-rounded activities in the related fields within the younger generation. Upholding the principle of “Vision, Innovation, Erudition and Responsibility”, we are committed to nurture the population of youth, which yields outstanding experience, and are therefore regarded as one of the most excellent organizations in youth nurturing as well as science and creativity education and promotion. In order to promote STEM education and innovative entrepreneurship, Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association Science Innovation Centre (HKGCASIC) and Hong Kong New Generation Association Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (HKGCAIEC) was established in 2006 and 2016 respectively.

Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association Science Innovation Centre (HKNGCASIC)
In 2006, the Hong Kong SAR Government supported HKNGCA in setting up the Science Innovation Centre in Sai Kung. This is the first centre of its kind in the city for students and teachers, which aims at promoting science and creative education. Science competitions, talks, workshops, training camps, exhibitions and training programs are organized for students, teachers and parents in the hope to provide a systematic and all-rounded support in the education field.

Facilities
The Centre is located inside Sai Kung Outdoor Recreation Centre. Facilities includes Science Hall of Fame, Exhibition Hall, Lecture Hall, Library, Destruction Lab and Invention Lab.
